Welcome to the beginning of your journey. This guide is your roadmap to a stress-free, intentional elopement. I’ve gathered every resource, timeline, and logistical detail you need to transition from "engaged" to "adventuring" with complete peace of mind.
Start right hereYour vision survey helps me scout the perfect hidden gems and secret overlooks for your day.
This deep-dive questionnaire is how we move beyond the "Pinterest-standard" and find a location that actually resonates with your story. Please complete this at least 6 months before your date so we can secure the necessary permits and catch the best seasonal light.
The roadmapYour Experience Will Move Through The Following Phases:
-
We start by narrowing down the "vibe" and geographic region. From there I’ll do all the research about finding your perfect elopement locations
-
Once a spot is chosen, I’ll handle the red tape. I’ll guide you through things like permits and applications and marriage license requirements.
-
We build a timeline together that prioritizes experience over poses, incorporating things like sunrise treks, picnic breaks, and "blue hour" portraits.
-
When your day arrives, you can relax and focus on being in the moment. I’ll make getting your dream photos stress-free and intuitive.
Following the day, you’ll receive a sneak peek gallery within 72 hours.
Communication Guidelines & Studio Hours
To ensure I am fully present for every couple’s elopement day, I handle all logistics via my client portal. This keeps our permit documents, location coordinates, and timelines in one secure place.
You can expect a response within 1–2 business days during studio hours.
The "Leave No Trace" Partnership
An elopement is a collaboration between you, me, and the land. By choosing to elope, you agree to follow LNT principles. This means staying on trails, respecting wildlife, and leaving the landscape exactly as we found it. This ensures these beautiful places remain open for couples for years to come.
